WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF CHILD CARE PROVIDERS
Congratulations on your endeavor into our world of child care. We hope that your experiences in this special field are filled with many rewards and that building your business proves successful.
As many of us have found when getting started, you may have questions, or even problems that you would like to discuss with others in the same profession. Questions such as: What about insurance? What do I charge? What should I include in my parent/provider contract? What are the best ways to build my clientele? How do I conduct my interviews? What about taxes and wages? Who can I ask?
Well, we may not know all the answers, but we do know people with whom you can talk and share your concerns. They will share their experience and what has been successful for them. They are people like you who belong to our Day Care Association.
We strive to have speakers and meetings on subjects of common interest to our members. We share information, learn of new legislation, receive information on seminars and special interest groups. We also publish a bi-monthly newsletter to help keep members up to date on meetings and points of common interest.
With all of this, our greatest benefit, some feel, is our REFERRAL NETWORK. We do the advertising for you! We have ads in local area publications, Yellow Pages, child oriented businesses and city service listings.
Annual dues are only $55 per calendar year.
We invite you to come to our next meeting and "look us over." Perhaps you would like to join our Association and share in the success and fellowship.
